This unique and very well-preserved Ritter cutting machine was manufactured in the 1960s and impresses with its timeless design in an elegant matt finish  chrome look. 
 The serrated circular knife is ideal for cutting Bündnerfleisch,  bread, vegetables and   sausage  cut open, using the adjusting lever, the cutting thickness  adjust easily.
 The walnut board was specially made and gives the machine a classy touch.
 Our machines are painstakingly restored by hand and the blades are freshly ground.
